Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Shorts Uploader (“the app”) handles data. The app is a private, single-user tool. It is run only by its owner, the operator of the YouTube channel “Enrik Arruda”, on the owner's own computer.
1. YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Data the app accesses
When the owner signs in with Google and grants access, the app uses the YouTube scope only to:
- upload the owner's own videos to the owner's own channel and set each video's title, description, tags, category, privacy, scheduled publish time, “made for kids” flag and AI-content disclosure;
- list the owner's own playlists, create a playlist if needed and add the owner's videos to it;
- read the status of the owner's own uploaded videos, to confirm that the upload worked.
The app does not access, collect or store data about any other YouTube user or channel. It does not read comments, subscribers, analytics, contacts, email or any other personal information.
3. How data is stored
- The OAuth access token is stored only in a local file on the owner's computer. It is never sent to any server other than Google's.
- Video files and their metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, video IDs) are stored only on the owner's computer.
- The app has no backend server and no database, and it uses no analytics, advertising or tracking.
4. Sharing
The app does not sell, rent, share or transfer any data to third parties. Data is sent only to Google/YouTube, when the owner uploads a video. The app's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Retention and deletion
Local data is kept until the owner deletes it. You can revoke the app's access at any time at Google Account › Security › Third-party apps with account access, or through the Google security settings page. Deleting the local token file also removes the app's access from the computer.
6. Children
The channel publishes animated content made for children, and every video is marked “made for kids” on YouTube. The app does not collect any data from viewers, including children.

O Shorts Uploader é uma ferramenta particular, usada apenas pelo dono do canal “Enrik Arruda”, no próprio computador dele. Ele usa os serviços de API do YouTube e, ao usá-lo, você concorda com os Termos de Serviço do YouTube e com a Política de Privacidade do Google.
- Com a permissão do dono, a ferramenta envia os vídeos do próprio canal, preenche os dados de cada um, agenda a publicação e organiza as playlists do canal.
- Ela não coleta dados de outras pessoas ou canais.
- O acesso e os arquivos ficam só no computador do dono. Não há servidor, propaganda nem rastreamento, e nenhum dado é vendido ou compartilhado.
