1. Who can use the app
Shorts Uploader is a private tool used only by its owner, to manage the owner's own YouTube channel. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.
2. YouTube Terms
The app uses YouTube API Services. Use of the app is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. All content uploaded with the app must follow YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies for content made for kids.
3. Content
The owner is responsible for the videos uploaded with the app. Each video is labeled “made for kids”, and the use of AI is disclosed on YouTube.
4. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
